Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager Representative to manage relationships with existing payments clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a client territory and execute sales strategies for account renewals and expansions
  • Identify potential program concerns and guide clients to appropriate internal resources for resolution
  • Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and provide feedback on market trends
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience, or HS/GED and 5 years of related experience
  • Experience in direct sales within a Business to Business (B2B) environment in the payments industry
  • Proven success in retaining business and growing client accounts
  • Experience in time management and account management for small to mid-size accounts
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
