Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Client/Account Management or Operations, preferably in Debt Collections or Default Management
• Strong data analysis skills to interpret trends and summarize business health
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed operational targets
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
