Job Summary
Managing multiple client accounts, the full-time remote Client Manager will oversee relationship management, develop retention strategies, and coordinate client services while ensuring client satisfaction and driving product expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary client interface, managing accounts and ensuring client satisfaction with Teladoc services
- Develop and implement strategies for client retention and product expansion, including contract renewals
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client inquiries and manage project statuses effectively
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare client management and sales
- Proven sales record with a strong understanding of client success metrics
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Salesforce
- Exceptional relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
