Job Summary

To drive revenue growth and manage key client relationships, the remote Client Manager will oversee account management, business development, and sales initiatives for the Self-Service content product while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies with business goals.

Key responsibilities
  • Oversee retention and growth of key accounts by fostering strong client relationships and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive market expansion and revenue growth for the Self-Service content business
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and client satisfaction data to inform strategic decisions and optimize business processes
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience in account management, business development, and sales roles
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong client relationships
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding revenue targets
