Client Manager

Job Summary

To support client success, the full-time Client Manager will utilize proprietary tools to deliver insights and analysis on market trends, coach junior team members, and drive customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage NIQ tools to address client business questions and enhance customer experience
• Prepare and present actionable insights and recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and impact
• Identify revenue opportunities and lead initiatives to improve service delivery and client satisfaction

Required qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields such as sales or market research
• Master's degree is a plus
• Prior experience with NielsenIQ or similar analytics solutions preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to coach others in data analysis and effective use of NIQ tools
