Job Summary
Overseeing daily operational performance for assigned clients, the full-time Client Manager will manage operations teams to deliver quality administrative services while serving as the primary contact for client inquiries and collaborating with support areas in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Utilizing expert knowledge to interpret complex client requirements and address unique inquiries and escalations
- Driving stable delivery from internal and external partners while managing ad hoc client projects
