Job Summary

To enhance client satisfaction and engagement, the full-time Client Manager will provide insightful analysis and actionable recommendations while working remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve client business issues through effective analysis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders to understand their strategic goals
• Deliver insights and recommendations that demonstrate thought leadership and analytical expertise

Required qualifications:

• 4-8 years of experience in FMCG, CPG, and/or Retail industries
• Strong analytical skills with experience in syndicated data and market research techniques
• Proven ability to synthesize data into actionable recommendations
• Experience supporting category management or sales teams in a CPG organization
• Demonstrated success in elevating client relationships and expanding business engagement
