Job Summary
Owning a panel of clients, the remote Client Manager will guide families through the care journey, ensuring high-quality experiences while balancing operational demands in a full-time capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients and families through onboarding and ongoing service needs while maintaining regular contact to ensure a positive experience
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage escalations and complex care situations, ensuring reliable schedules and timely updates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner agencies, translating client needs into actionable care plans
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in senior care or patient management and customer service roles
- A client-first mindset with a commitment to quality care and customer satisfaction
- Strong ownership and detail orientation with experience managing complex processes
- Comfort with technology, including experience with scheduling, CRM, or workforce management systems
- Flexibility to support clients during evenings or weekends as needed
