Job Summary
Driving business growth remotely, the full-time Client Manager will build and nurture high-value post-sales relationships with prominent brands and institutions across the Americas, acting as a strategic advisor to align client objectives with KUDO's language accessibility solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, positioning KUDO as a trusted partner in achieving business goals
- Own the renewal and upsell process, developing account growth strategies to maximize revenue potential
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid adoption of KUDO's solutions
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the technology industry with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer success
- Strong business acumen with experience managing high-value enterprise accounts and strategic account expansion
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to influence decision-makers effectively
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees or certifications in business, technology, or related fields are a plus
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or French is a valuable asset
