Client Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing Industry Insights team, the full-time Client Manager will manage client relationships, deliver analysis and insights using proprietary tools, and guide junior members while working remotely within the US.

Key responsibilities:

• Utilize NIQ tools to address clients' business questions and deliver actionable insights
• Collaborate with Insights Teams to enhance customer experience and drive satisfaction
• Lead and coach junior team members while managing client briefings and project execution

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields such as sales or market research
• Prior experience with NIQ solutions or similar analytics tools, including POS/Panel Data
• Proficiency in analyzing and incorporating various NIQ data sources relevant to clients
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build compelling narratives from data
• Master's degree is a plus
