Client Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team in the D sseldorf region, the full-time Client Manager will identify and develop new sales channels, maintain a sustainable sales pipeline, and ensure customer satisfaction while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and build new sales channels while developing existing ones
• Maintain a continuous and sustainable sales pipeline
• Collaborate closely with various internal and external stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Experience in sales with a focus on customer acquisition and strategic account management
• Strong knowledge in at least one technology area: Networking, Security, Managed Services, Digital Workspace, or Datacenter
• Ability to manage proposal situations and customer engagements effectively
• Understanding of business metrics and calculations
• Relevant higher education or equivalent experience in a related field
