Job Summary
To drive measurable growth and strengthen long-term partnerships, the full-time remote Client Manager, Account Lead will manage a portfolio of clients in the Fresh, Pantry, & Naturals vertical, focusing on relationship building, consultative selling, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Grow and deepen client relationships with key decision makers to expand solution adoption
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and opportunity identification
- Partner across teams to deliver cohesive and compelling solutions for clients
Required qualifications
- 3-5+ years of relevant experience in CPG, sales, account management, or market research/analytics
- Familiarity with data such as POS, Consumer Panel, or related datasets
- Experience managing both short cycle and long cycle selling motions
- Proven ability to develop strategic account plans and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is a plus
