Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leverage BI tools to analyze industry trends and deliver impactful insights
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key clients and identify solutions to support business development
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the U.S. automotive retail industry and create effective case studies and presentations
Required Qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in automotive retail sales, consulting, corporate strategy, finance, or analytics
  • Experience with Automotive OEM quality organizations, manufacturing, or logistics is a plus
  • Significant experience with Excel and PowerPoint is required
  • Familiarity with BI and Analytics platforms like Tableau or PowerBI is desirable
  • General interest and understanding of trends in the automotive industry is desirable
