Job Summary

Acting as a data analyst lead and trusted advisor, the full-time remote Client Manager, Customer Success will manage client relationships, leverage automotive data insights, and drive business development growth through effective case studies and presentations.

Key responsibilities
  • Leverage BI tools to analyze industry trends and deliver impactful insights
  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key clients and proactively identify solutions to support their needs
  • Generate in-depth analysis on automotive retail industry changes and lead discussions with OEM users
Required qualifications
  • 3-6 years of experience in automotive retail sales, consulting, or analytics
  • Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Tableau or PowerBI
  • Significant proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with executive-level presentations and public speaking
  • General interest and understanding of trends in the automotive industry
