Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business strategies and needs
• Manage revenue targets, including budgets and forecasts, for the assigned book of business
• Lead client renewals and retention efforts, including contract negotiations and lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a client management role
• Extensive knowledge of the Payer and TPA space, with healthcare experience preferred
• Proven success in revenue management and increasing utilization within strategic client accounts
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret client financials
