Key Responsibilities

Manage complex customer escalations and develop resolution plans in collaboration with various teams
Build strong relationships within the organization to expedite issue resolution and enhance customer satisfaction
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, identifying opportunities for service expansion and operational excellence

Required Qualifications

3 to 5+ years of experience in a relevant role
Strong experience with NetSuite ERP or competing ERP systems
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred
2+ years of external consulting experience with C-suite interactions
Project management experience is an asset
