Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager Representative to service existing payments clients and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a client territory of hundreds of accounts and oversee the renewal process to protect market share
  • Lead sales initiatives for add-ons and cross-sell additional payment services to clients
  • Provide client support by identifying issues and guiding them to appropriate internal resources
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience, or HS/GED and 5 years of related experience
  • Experience in direct sales within a Business to Business (B2B) environment in the payments industry
  • Proven success in retaining business and growing revenue across multiple accounts
  • Experience in time management, prioritization, and account management
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
