Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Manager for the Resolution Management Team in NetSuite Services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex customer escalations by understanding the customer journey, crafting resolution plans, and ensuring successful completion
  • Develop strong relationships within the organization to accelerate resolution of customer escalations
  • Identify solution expansion opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction through proactive engagement

Required Qualifications:
  • Solid understanding of SaaS/Cloud ERP, CRM, SFA, and/or OmniChannel Commerce business processes
  • Proficiency with ERP applications, with Oracle + NetSuite platform experience preferred
  • Demonstrated executive-level communication skills and ability to balance customer advocacy with company needs
  • Vertical-specific experience in relevant industries like Software, Services, Manufacturing, Retail, Channels & Alliances, or Ecommerce
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred
