Client Manager - Survey Specialist

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Client Manager - Survey Specialist, the successful candidate will develop insightful research and deliver impactful results for clients, focusing on consultative selling, proposal development, and managing multiple survey projects.

Key responsibilities

• Acts as a trusted advisor, driving business results through consultative selling and pursuing new survey business from existing and potential clients
• Leads the development of proposals, including upselling options that address client needs
• Manages multiple clients and their survey projects concurrently, ensuring timely communication and delivery of results

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4-5 years of experience in survey research, preferably in FMCG
• Strong understanding of quantitative survey research principles and methodologies
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships in a client-service environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with NIQ tools is a plus
