Client Network Manager

Job Summary

Managing one or more client accounts, the full-time Client Network Manager will be responsible for developing supplier networks, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving strategic initiatives while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary supply chain point of accountability for client accounts, fostering strong relationships and understanding client needs
• Perform end-to-end supplier management, including sourcing, onboarding, performance analysis, and contract management
• Support the development and implementation of client-specific supply chain strategies to maximize value and drive cost savings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum 2 years' experience in supplier management, preferably in the relocation industry
• Understanding of e-procurement systems and experience with market research
• CRP, GMS, or CIPS certification is a plus
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
