Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Team Manager who will lead a centralized team responsible for account opening for new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee account opening and asset transfer processes across all firm channels
- Establish and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and performance
- Manage team capacity planning and resolve onboarding challenges promptly
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of wealth management operations experience, including 3+ years in management
- Direct experience with Schwab and/or Fidelity account opening processes preferred
- Experience managing distributed (onshore and offshore) teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce and custodial platforms preferred
