Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to manage the onboarding experience for healthcare clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customized onboarding launch plans for new and expansion clients
  • Lead client-facing discussions with RCM executives and technical stakeholders
  • Configure and implement solutions within the platform and conduct workflow testing and optimization
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
  • Experience with complex healthcare software integrations (e.g., Epic or other EHR systems)
  • Strong understanding of provider workflows and the insurance ecosystem
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
