Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager to manage the onboarding experience for healthcare clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customized onboarding launch plans for new and expansion clients
- Lead client-facing discussions with RCM executives and technical stakeholders
- Configure and implement solutions within the platform and conduct workflow testing and optimization
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role
- Experience with complex healthcare software integrations (e.g., Epic or other EHR systems)
- Strong understanding of provider workflows and the insurance ecosystem
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
