Job Summary

A company is looking for an Intermediate Client Onboarding Manager (Mid-Market Retirement SEP).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the onboarding and installation of defined contribution retirement plans for new and existing plan sponsors
  • Ensure compliance by monitoring record keeping setup, asset transfers, and regulatory notices
  • Serve as the primary contact for plan sponsors, managing relationships and communications throughout the installation process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience in the financial services industry, including client management and installations
  • Good understanding of retirement plan regulations
  • Client-focused with a commitment to exceptional service
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple installations
