Job Summary
A company is looking for an Intermediate Client Onboarding Manager (Mid-Market Retirement SEP).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding and installation of defined contribution retirement plans for new and existing plan sponsors
- Ensure compliance by monitoring record keeping setup, asset transfers, and regulatory notices
- Serve as the primary contact for plan sponsors, managing relationships and communications throughout the installation process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience in the financial services industry, including client management and installations
- Good understanding of retirement plan regulations
- Client-focused with a commitment to exceptional service
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple installations
