Key Responsibilities

• Review new accounts and gather required documentation for onboarding
• Configure policies and workflows based on client needs and document processes
• Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding and manage client expectations

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management, client onboarding, customer success, or related field
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience with CRM and project management tools
• Background in legal services, government contracts, or process-driven environments preferred
• Familiarity with legal operations or process serving is a plus
