Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist (remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Elicit, articulate, and document comprehensive client business, functional, and technical requirements
• Plan and execute client requirement sessions to ensure successful service execution
• Produce accurate and clear business and technical requirement documentation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• At least 2 years in a client-facing role
• At least 2 years in a business analysis role
• Industry-specific knowledge
• Demonstrated business, functional, and technical documentation skills
