Job Summary
Enthusiastic and tech-savvy, the full-time New Client Onboarding Specialist will guide new customers from the point of sale to a successful launch, ensuring a seamless experience while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding journey from sales handoff to launch, configuring services to meet client needs
- Act as the primary champion and point of contact for clients via virtual meetings, email, chat, and phone
- Conduct engaging live training sessions and create helpful resources, such as video tutorials and guides
Required Qualifications
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, clear terms
- Highly organized, patient, and cool under pressure when resolving client roadblocks
- Comfortable navigating CRMs (Salesforce/Zendesk), video conferencing, and knowledge bases
