Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer requests via phone and email, providing tools and information for account management
  • Servicing existing client needs, including addressing inquiries, account maintenance, and client appointments
  • Liaising with Custodians to resolve client inquiries and manage account transfers

Required Qualifications:
  • Series 65 or equivalent license permitting personalized investing advice
  • Fluency in brokerage account types and investing principles
  • Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects
  • Technical savvy to assist with computer and smartphone issues
  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields
