Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building trusted relationships
  • Coordinate service delivery across various teams to ensure timely and seamless service
  • Monitor client progress and milestones, addressing any issues proactively
Required Qualifications
  • Proven success in a client-facing or account management role
  • Experience coordinating services across multiple departments or specialties
  • Understanding of SaaS products, accounting, tax, payroll, or related services is a plus
  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM experience preferred
  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
