Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with newly enrolled Pros to create and execute a customized onboarding plan
Make 75+ outbound calls daily or maintain 5+ hours of talk time to connect with Pros
Coach customers on product implementation and help them achieve their initial goals

Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience in a client-facing onboarding or support role
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree is a plus
6+ months of outbound sales or prospecting experience is a plus
