Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to assist with onboarding new client accounts and business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Advisor Teams in completing client paperwork and account setup for efficient onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with Advisor Teams and communicate effectively to resolve client issues
- Document and implement best practices for onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 3+ years of industry experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity Wealthscape is preferred
- Understanding of financial terminology and products
