Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to assist with onboarding new client accounts and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Advisor Teams in completing client paperwork and account setup for efficient onboarding
  • Build and maintain relationships with Advisor Teams and communicate effectively to resolve client issues
  • Document and implement best practices for onboarding processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • 3+ years of industry experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Charles Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity Wealthscape is preferred
  • Understanding of financial terminology and products
