Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to support new customers and facilitate their transition to the platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure successful onboarding of customers
  • Identify and address potential issues before they arise
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively
Required Qualifications
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS is preferred
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
