Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to support new customers and facilitate their transition to the platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with sales teams to ensure successful onboarding of customers
- Identify and address potential issues before they arise
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all tasks are completed effectively
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Experience in travel tech or SMB-focused SaaS is preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders
- Background in teaching, onboarding, customer success, or account management is advantageous
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
