Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior client experience through various communication channels, ensuring accuracy and expediency
- Coordinate with approvers for rapid decisions on product limit increases while maintaining risk management controls
- Manage complex client onboarding for treasury services, including project planning and coordination with internal teams and vendors
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, deposit sales, product management, or treasury management within banking or financial services
- Strong knowledge of deposit products, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
