Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience & Onboarding Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to agent inquiries via email and phone regarding health insurance carriers and onboarding processes
  • Assist agents with questions related to contracting processes, certification requirements, and RTS status
  • Document interactions and collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate information is provided to agents
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent plus two years of industry experience
  • Ability to learn and follow procedures independently
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience navigating email systems, CRM tools, and internal tracking systems
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
