Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Client Onboarding Specialist will ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences by establishing new client accounts and facilitating the asset transfer process from start to finish.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist clients with onboarding and complex tasks while providing guidance on navigating the platform
  • Interact with clients regarding account setup and operational matters through various communication methods
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational matters
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services operations, with knowledge of investment products and services
  • Experience with client service aspects of investment advisory, including ACAT and IRA distributions
  • Proven experience in roles requiring critical thinking, such as client operations or customer support
  • Experience handling complex tasks while meeting daily productivity goals
  • Strong communication skills, emphasizing clarity and empathy
