Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end onboarding experience for new clients, the full-time remote Client Onboarding & Implementation Specialist will manage project timelines, assess client CRM environments, and translate technical requirements for the engineering team while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead client onboarding from pre-kickoff through launch, managing timelines and stakeholder communication
- Build and maintain project plans, track milestones, and ensure alignment among internal teams
- Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications for engineering and client technical contacts
Required qualifications
- 5 to 6 years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or technical project management, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment
- Working knowledge of CRM architecture and experience with multiple CRM platforms
- Able to discuss API-based integrations with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent onboardings
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, Confluence, and project management tools like Zoho Projects
