Client Onboarding Specialist

Job Summary

To support seamless operations and exceptional client experiences, the full-time remote Client Onboarding Specialist will establish new client accounts, facilitate asset transfers, and serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with clients and Financial Advisors to establish accounts and manage asset transfers
• Provide high-touch service to clients consolidating accounts, ensuring timely follow-up and documentation completion
• Coordinate cash and asset movement activities, including ACATS, wire transfers, and ACH transfers

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of two years of experience in financial services operations
• Current knowledge of investment products and financial services
• Experience with asset transfers and investment advisory client service activities
• Comfort operating in a paperless, cloud-based service environment
