Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist for a remote position in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with setting up accounts and hiring paperwork in the system
• Provide training to clients on the platform through online group sessions and one-on-one screen shares
• Manage client-related data and documents, and maintain communication with all stakeholders during the onboarding process

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, payroll, or production in the entertainment industry, or client solutions/setup
• Quick learner with strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively use online meeting tools
• Customer success experience or managing client relationships in a support capacity
• Comfortable with cloud-based file sharing systems
