Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Operations Analyst to provide exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients and members over the phone and via email, ensuring professionalism and courtesy
- Act as first-level support for customer inquiries, complaints, and requests, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate on documentation creation and modifications to maintain accurate process documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Entry-level position; 0-2 years of work experience preferred, especially in billing or finance
- Experience in healthcare or service industry is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel required; SQL experience is a plus
- Availability for rotating weekend shifts and occasional holidays required
