Client Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Buffalo laboratory, the full-time Client Operations Analyst will provide analytical and operational support to enhance client relations and accessioning processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze order and accession data to identify workflow inefficiencies and improve turnaround time
• Monitor client-specific trends to support proactive account management and early issue resolution
• Collaborate with operational teams to standardize processes and improve service quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology or a related life science
• 1 or more years of experience in operations analysis, client support, or laboratory operations
• 1 or more years of experience analyzing data and developing actionable recommendations
