Client Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Associate for a remote position on the West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface directly with clients to manage inquiries and feedback regarding products and services
• Analyze client activity and identify trends to enhance operational efficiencies
• Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to support business needs and improve client experience

Required Qualifications and Education

• Experience in a fast-paced fintech startup environment
• Customer-facing experience preferred
• Degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems preferred
• Ability to identify trends in data and make decisions based on analyses
• Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL is a plus
