Job Summary
Managing client interactions, the full-time Client Operations Associate will address inquiries, analyze client activity trends, and enhance operational efficiencies while working remotely from the West Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Directly interface with clients to manage questions and feedback about products and services
- Analyze and identify trends in client activity and inquiries
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to support business needs and improve client experience
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fintech startup environment
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends in data
- Degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems preferred
- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and SQL is a plus
