Client Operations Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Director to oversee operations across multiple clinics and home-based service regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor multi-state Operations Managers
• Ensure operational excellence, including client satisfaction and technician engagement
• Oversee complex client escalations and service disruptions with a family-centered approach

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare, behavioral health, ABA, or multi-site operations
• 3+ years leading managers or senior teams
• Experience with clinic-based and/or home-based care
• Bachelor's degree preferred (advanced degree a plus)
