Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Operations Leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain a governance model aligned with client expectations
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate reporting within NCR systems while monitoring SLA performance
  • Resolve billing disputes and manage AR invoices, optimizing call pack usage
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or technical/vocational certification
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably in NCR Services
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Flexibility to work non-standard business hours as needed
  • Experience across NCR Lines of Business is preferred
