Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading daily client communications and quality assurance reviews
  • Supporting onboarding of new clients and managing client-facing materials
  • Managing client data intake and reporting capabilities
Required Qualifications:
  • BA or BS Degree
  • 2-10 years of professional experience, preferably at hyper-growth startups
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, and ZenDesk
  • Process-oriented with ability to assess technical and service-level issues
