Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage internal coordination and communication for external client requests and issues
  • Oversee documentation requests and ensure necessary medical claim documentation is received
  • Analyze high dollar and escalated claims while managing client relationships and performance indicators
Requirements and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field, specifically in billing or collections
  • 2-4 years of client-facing or customer service experience
  • Extensive understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing
  • Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office applications
