Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal coordination and communication for external client requests and issues
- Oversee documentation requests and ensure necessary medical claim documentation is received
- Analyze high dollar and escalated claims while managing client relationships and performance indicators
Requirements and Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare field, specifically in billing or collections
- 2-4 years of client-facing or customer service experience
- Extensive understanding of insurance payer/provider claims processing
- Strong computer proficiency, particularly in MS Office applications
