Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach, manage, and develop a team of Client Operations Specialists to support sales objectives
  • Monitor team progress towards goals and drive process improvement initiatives
  • Conduct performance reviews and create training documentation for team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4-7 years of Business to Business Sales or Client Services experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in the technical or information technologies industry preferred
  • 2-4 years of management experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales partnership setting preferred
  • Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
