Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Coach, manage, and develop a team of Client Operations Specialists to support sales objectives
- Monitor team progress towards goals and drive process improvement initiatives
- Conduct performance reviews and create training documentation for team members
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or 4-7 years of Business to Business Sales or Client Services experience
- 2-4 years of experience in the technical or information technologies industry preferred
- 2-4 years of management experience preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales partnership setting preferred
- Prior experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
