A company is looking for a Client Operations & Solutions Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, interpret, and validate client requirements to ensure effective solution delivery
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and client satisfaction
• Lead client onboarding and change management processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of professional implementation and/or project management experience
• 3+ years of client-facing experience
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university; Master's Degree is a plus
• Strong operational knowledge to act as a subject matter expert for client needs
• Experience in healthcare, health benefits, or health systems is preferred
