Job Summary
Leading the operations function, the full-time Client Operations Manager will manage and develop Support Operations and Client Success teams, partnering with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into operational plans while ensuring process efficiency and performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop Support Operations and Client Success teams, focusing on coaching and performance management
- Partner with Vice Presidents and Directors to translate strategic priorities into actionable operational plans and workflows
- Design and implement process metrics and KPIs to provide visibility into operational health and team performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; a master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, including at least 2 years in a people management role
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience in a SaaS, legal technology, or professional services environment is strongly preferred
