Job Summary
To support client workflows, the full-time Client Operations Representative will manage accounts receivable, oversee issue resolution, and act as the primary contact for clients in a 100% remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Proactively manage aging accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on account statuses
- Monitor client collections, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation for assigned clients
- Deliver client-specific reports and ensure compliance with data collection and auditing activities
Required qualifications:
- GED/High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving
- 3+ years of clerical experience with strong organizational skills
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related environment
- Proficiency in Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office products
