Job Summary

To support client workflows, the full-time Client Operations Representative will manage accounts receivable, oversee issue resolution, and act as the primary contact for clients in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage aging accounts and ensure timely follow-ups on account statuses
  • Monitor client collections, report discrepancies, and maintain accurate documentation for assigned clients
  • Deliver client-specific reports and ensure compliance with data collection and auditing activities
Required qualifications:
  • GED/High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • 3+ years of clerical experience with strong organizational skills
  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare-related environment
  • Proficiency in Windows-based systems and Microsoft Office products
