Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Client Operations Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and manage sales processes for assigned Account Executives
• Prepare and manage sales quotes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Assist in special projects and reporting for clients and sales teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-5 years of related experience or equivalent education
• Ability to build relationships and develop trust with clients and internal personnel
• Must adhere to tight service level agreements (SLAs)
• Experience in managing pricing and contract compliance
• Able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
